Put some time aside for one recording each day.
Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, comfort is all that is important at this stage.
Make sure that you won't be disturbed.
Press play and gently close your eyes.
Allow yourself to be guided slowly into a meditative state and remember this is not something that you make happen, it is something that happens when you allow it.
Do not be concerned if your mind wanders. This is natural and to be expected.
If, at any point you wish to stop, simply open your eyes and have a gentle stretch.
Each day, the meditation is slightly longer than the day before.
By day 30, you will be in deep meditation for 30 minutes. The benefits of this practice on a daily basis are huge.
