What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is categorized as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety is a nervous disorder marked by excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behaviour, or panic attacks. Although anxiety is extremely common, only 1/3 of people who suffer from it, seek help.

Over time, anxiety and anxious thinking can become deeply embedded habits. We live with these thoughts and feelings and begin to think of them as normal. They become as part of our everyday life. We accept these deep feelings of worry and unease as a part of us. The good news is that they don’t have to be.

In this 21 day course, you will learn 7 distinct techniques to help reduce, redirect or even remove these anxious thoughts and feelings. The original anxiety established itself over days, weeks and perhaps even months. Therefore repetition of the solution is key.
